Match Day Checklist

The Match Day checklist is a basic pre-game inspection tool that helps to identify safety concerns and record actions on game day. A designated official from the home club is required to complete the JLT Game Day Checklist before the commencement of play to reduce the club’s exposure to injuries and/ or legal action.
