Annual General Meeting - VCV


VCV invites you to attend (either in person or online) the AGM, to be held at 7:30pm on Monday 27th July 2026 at the Veneto Club, 191 Bulleen Rd, Bulleen.

 

The meeting will consider the election of office bearers and general committee for the 2026/27 season. The meeting link and nomination form has been circulated by email to all delegates.

 

Other business for the meeting will include a Special Resolution for Association Name Change. The committee is putting forward a name change of the association as previously advised.

 

If you would like to nominate for Committee, please complete a nomination form and return to the Secretary no later than 20th July 2026. A nomination form is available on the website.

 

Please note that the Presidents Report and Financial Reports will be circulated prior to the AGM.
