VCV Over 50 Competition - Grand Finals

The Grand Finals for the VCV Over 50 competition will be played this coming Sunday. 

The weather outlook at this time promises a great day for cricket.

The fixtures are on PlayHQ and below are the matches with the umpire appointments. 

Cost for each umpire is $160 so each side will need to pay one umpire.

In relation to the number of players, our rules state 13 can play, but by agreement captains can allow more players to participate. 

It is recommended that clubs nominate non-batter, non-fielder for 14th player. 

Any other concerns over qualified players or rules please contact me ahead of the matches this weekend.

Finally the pennants and medals are available for collection.   I will be at Saxon Sports on Tuesday 20 February between 2 – 8 pm for sides in the local area to collect.   Please let me know if you can send someone in so that we save others the trip that may be able to come in. 

Those teams that cannot make it need to contact me so that we can make a mutually acceptable collection time/place.
